UpUpHost provides hosting services for Rust game servers and Discord bots. Customers can choose between monthly subscriptions or one-time payments for server hosting services.
All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Charges are applied immediately upon order confirmation. For subscription plans, billing will recur monthly unless canceled by the customer before the renewal date.
We do not offer refunds except in the case of service errors or billing issues. If you encounter any problems, please contact our support team within 7 days of purchase.
You agree not to use our hosting services to engage in illegal activity, distribute malware, or violate any applicable laws or regulations. UpUpHost reserves the right to suspend or terminate services without notice if abuse is detected.
We strive to provide 99.9% uptime for all hosted services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for any downtime due to maintenance or network issues.
UpUpHost may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
